The next international SIEC conference will be arranged by the executive committee in cooperation with partners and regional authorities in Kefalonia. We can promise you an extremely interesting conference in one of the most beautiful places in Greece. The theme of the conference will cover innovative ways of learning for the future, how do we cope with changing work demands, environmental issues, sustainable businesses etc.
The conference will take place in Argostoli, the biggest city of the island and the Municipality of Kefalonia has given us permission to use the local theatre as conference site. The theatre is within 5 minutes’ walk from the hotels. We have pre-booked rooms in 5 hotels – all very close or on the market place, which is the centre of the town.
Kefalonia is the largest island of the Ionian Sea, with a lot of interesting places to see. Although it has developed over the last years as a family destination, beaches in Kefalonia never get crowded due to the large size of the island. So pre- and post stays may be a very good option.
